A Life Rooted in Nature, Creativity, and Building Possibilities

30+ Years in Marketing, Investing, and Building Opportunities • Strategic Problem Solver • Creator of Wildflower Cedar & Sage Tiny Home Village — A Vision in Motion

For as long as I can remember, my life has been connected to animals, land, and the quiet places where people can step back, breathe, and see things from a new perspective.

Over the years I’ve worn many hats — entrepreneur, investor, problem solver, artist, and traveler. But at the heart of everything I do is something simple: helping people uncover possibilities and move forward with clarity.

Sometimes that means helping someone see untapped potential in a property.

Sometimes it means identifying funding paths they didn’t realize were available.

And sometimes it simply means bringing the right people together at the right moment so progress can happen.

Nature has always been where I find clarity. It reminds me that growth takes patience, perspective, and the willingness to see things a little differently.

Experience & Authority

Over the past three decades I’ve worked in marketing, branding, and business development while also investing in and improving properties of my own. I’ve taken overlooked spaces and helped transform them into places people genuinely enjoy visiting and returning to.

My background combines creative vision with practical execution. I understand marketing, guest experience, property improvements, and the financial side of making projects sustainable. I’ve helped small business owners reposition their businesses, helped properties increase appeal through thoughtful upgrades, and worked with investors and entrepreneurs exploring funding, expansion, and strategic growth.

This perspective comes from real experience — working on projects, renovating properties, building businesses, and solving problems in the real world.

I bring both creativity and strategy to the table, because successful projects require both.

Looking Forward — Seeing What Others Might Miss

Traveling, visiting properties, and spending time in RV communities has given me a unique perspective on how places evolve and how small changes can unlock significant opportunities.

  • Every property has a story.

  • Why the land was purchased.

  • Why certain decisions were made.

  • What has worked over time.

  • And where the next opportunity may be hiding.

Many owners are so close to their business that it becomes difficult to see the possibilities that someone from the outside can often recognize quickly.

That outside perspective, combined with experience in marketing, investment, and development, is where I’m able to help people identify practical next steps and new directions for growth.

Wildflower Cedar & Sage Village A Community Vision in Motion

Wildflower Cedar & Sage Village is an active project currently being developed.
The vision is to create a land-based community designed for women of every season of life — blending tiny homes, RV living, nature, creativity, and shared community spaces into a place where people can live, grow, and support one another.

This village brings together several elements that are deeply important to me:

  • community and connection

  • creative entrepreneurship

  • simple, nature-centered living

  • mentorship between generations

  • space for healing, growth, and independence

I am actively exploring land opportunities and building relationships with potential partners and investors as part of bringing this project to life.

Across the country there are beautiful places that capture pieces of this idea — tiny home communities, retreat centers, women’s gatherings, RV parks, and nature-based sanctuaries. Each reflects part of the vision and confirms there is a growing demand for spaces like this.

Wildflower Cedar & Sage Village brings those elements together into one intentional community designed to offer something truly special. The focus now is finding the right location and the right partnerships to bring the full vision to life.

Wildflower Cedar & Sage Village is currently moving through its early development phase, with land opportunities being explored and conversations underway with potential partners who share the vision of creating a place where community, creativity, and nature can thrive together.

The Rescue Tour is part of that journey — learning from communities across the country and gathering the insight that will shape the future Wildflower Cedar & Sage Village.
